How the Process Works

Horizon Digital Finance, LLC ("HDF") is not acting as a lender or loan broker and does not make extensions of credit to consumers. HDF works with a select group of lending partners, such as banks, credit unions, finance companies and automotive dealerships (the “Lenders”) that offer loans and other types of financing directly to consumers (the “Financing”).

1. Submit Your Information

When you complete a loan request form on the HDF website, Horizon Digital Finance, LLC (“HDF”) collects information from you to help identify lenders or financing sources that may be interested in working with you.

2. HDF Matches You With Potential Lenders

IHDF works with banks, credit unions, finance companies, auto dealerships, and other financing providers (“Lenders”). Using the information you provide, HDF looks for one or more Lenders that may offer you pre-qualified financing options.

3. You May Receive a Pre-Qualified or Pre-Approved Offer

If HDF identifies a potential match:

If HDF cannot find a matching Lender, you may also be notified.

4. Credit Inquiries May Occur

Submitting a request may result in:

The type of inquiry depends on each Lender’s practices.

5. Other Financing Sources May Contact You

HDF may also share your information with third-party referral or financing partners (“Credit Sources”), especially if you are shopping for a vehicle through a dealership.

These Credit Sources may contact you directly by:

They may also run soft or hard credit inquiries.

6. HDF Does Not Endorse Any Specific Lender

HDF does not recommend or endorse any particular:

You should carefully review all terms and decide which option best fits your financial situation.

7. No Cost to You

HDF does not charge consumers a fee to use its service.

However, HDF may receive compensation from Lenders or Credit Sources for marketing services or referrals.

8. Advertising and Third-Party Offers

After submitting your request, you may see advertisements for related products or services, such as:

These ads are optional and are not part of the loan request process. Clicking them will take you to a third-party website.

9. Communications and Your Information

HDF, Lenders, and Credit Sources may keep the information you provide or obtain from third parties.

If you no longer want to receive calls, emails, or text messages from a specific Lender or Credit Source, you must contact that company directly to request removal from their communications list.

10. Responsibility for Services

Any loan products or financing services are provided solely by the Lenders or Credit Sources, not by HDF. HDF is not responsible for the services, offers, or decisions made by those third parties.
